- Reservation for track rental must be made 24 hours in advance.

- There is a three (3) hour minimum with a EMT present. Monday – Friday

- Please bring payment at time of track rental.

All participants (driver, crew and overcrew) must check-in at track office and sign a release form.

- Rental Fee is Monday-Friday: $125/ hour per car 

Saturday-Sunday: $150/hour per car

- If Track Lighting is required, rates are an additional $100 per hour.

No race-day track rental. Cars must have all safety equipment, and drivers must wear full flame-retardant driving suit; full-face helmet or helmet with safety goggles, glasses or shield; and racing shoes, socks and gloves. Drivers must fasten harnesses.

Billing starts at scheduled arrival time, no exceptions. Teams must clear track of debris left by car before leaving the facility.

All personnel entering the infield area for Practice Sessions must first sign a release with scheduled EMT. A Minor's Release signed by the parents is required for anyone under the age of 18.

TRACK RENTAL RATES FOR PRODUCTION COMPANIES

Track Rental Rates for 12-hour Production Day (8am-8pm): $2,000.00

Track Rental Rates Hourly: $300 per hour (Private).

Gateman Security (Required): $15 per hour

Location Liason/Management Fee (Required): $150 per day

If you compete in our regular weekly events, you will receive special discounted rates as a thank you for your support of the track:

Mon-Thurs: $100 per hour per car / Private $250 per hour.

Sat-Sun: $125 per hour per car / Private $300 per hour
